Our areas of expertise
From sensor to dashboard: high-density design, battery-powered operation, multiple connectivity and cybersecurity. Compliance with IEC 62368‑1, RED, EN 18031 and the CRA.
Measurement, real-time control, field interfaces and diagnostics for robust, maintainable equipment, notably within the IEC 61010‑1 framework.
Power conversion, battery management, load control and regulation for efficient, reliable and autonomous systems, aligned with the applicable safety requirements.
Robust embedded electronics and software for demanding environments, notably in line with DO‑160 and MIL‑STD‑810.
Connected equipment, metering, control and supervision software to measure, optimise and manage energy use in compliance with IEC 61010‑1.
From prototype to industrialised product
A good prototype is not enough. From the architecture stage, we anticipate safety, EMC, environmental, cybersecurity, compliance, production and maintenance requirements. Depending on the product and target market, our team prepares validation and supports testing with the relevant partners.
Designing it right from the start reduces iterations, risk and time to market.Challenges solved
A selection of projects that illustrates our ability to turn demanding technologies into concrete products.

Battery, short- and long-range connectivity, geolocation, sensors, power and security on one compact board.
Design of compact, robust connected electronics where every millimetre counts: radio architecture, power, sensors, geolocation and cybersecurity, with testing, certification and industrialisation anticipated from the design stage.

Real-time analogue and digital control loops, Ethernet, web server for diagnostics and maintenance.
Design of an industrial control system combining measurement and real-time analogue or digital control loops, Ethernet connectivity and a web server for diagnostics and maintenance. A high-robustness enclosure designed for aggressive and heavily disturbed environments.

Intelligent energy management between a second-life battery and a high-voltage DC bus, with protection, telemetry and digital control.
Development of a complete bidirectional DC/DC converter for Evolium Technologies, a Valais-based specialist in lithium-ion battery reuse. The system manages energy exchange between a second-life battery and a high-voltage DC bus. The project covers system architecture, conversion-stage integration, the design of the power and control boards, real-time firmware, protection functions, high-voltage acquisition, telemetry and digital control.

High-precision motion control, ultra-stable light-source control, and power-supply stages optimised for EMC requirements.
Redesign of Sortivo™ embedded electronics for Bionomous. Key control, lighting and power-supply subsystems were reworked to expand functionality and improve overall robustness. Regulatory and industrialisation requirements were integrated from the design stage, with support for the assembly partner.
